United Mirror and Glass is seeking an experienced Office Assistant with the willingness to grow into a leadership position, change at a moment's notice, and help with high volume day-to-day office administration. This job is located in Cibolo, TX. Some of the basic duties will include:
- Answering a multi-line phone and directing callers to the proper person
- Placing supply orders
- Creating purchase orders
- High Volume Data Entry
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- MUST have Quickbooks experience
- Be willing to be cross-trained.
- Must be computer literate
- Experience working in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be able to take initiative and help in other departments as needed
- MUST be a very quick learner and be trainable
- MUST show up to work every day on-time
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
This position is great for someone who has Quickbooks and Office experience. If you are not afraid to start from the ground floor and work your way up with a growing company, this is the job for you.
