PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a client in Traverse City who is actively looking to hire a qualified individual for an Office Assistant career.

Schedule M-F 8am-5pm

Accounting Associate Benefits:

Accounting Associate Responsibilities:

  • General office duties
  • Good working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • General accounting functions such as, Invoicing, payments receipts, and payables
  • Verifying reports and daily bank deposits
  • Other duties as assigned

Accounting Associate Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience
  • Accuracy and efficiency required
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
