Job Requirements
- Valid license with the Texas Occupational Therapy Board and
- Diploma from an accredited occupational therapy program
- (Preferred, but not required) Experience in the evaluation and treatment of children, infants/toddlers
- (Preferred, but not required) Bilingual English/Spanish
Basic Responsibilities
PRN occupational therapists will evaluate and treat pediatric patients that are referred by their pediatrician using established evaluation procedures and standardized assessments. Therapists will develop individual treatment goals, plans and objectives based upon initial and re-evaluations as well as document daily clinical sessions using required format and maintain patient's progress and discharge summaries. Must complete all paperwork in a timely manner per company protocol. Assist in the coordination of treatment and make appropriate referrals as needed. Provide exceptional customer service with patients and family members/caregivers.
