We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee patients and manage the nursing team at 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Martin County. This position requires the successfully hired candidate to work a 40-hour work week.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing/long-term care procedures
Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
Team management skills
Great communication and people skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Valid nursing license and current CPR Certification.
