ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Charge Nurse for patient care plan implementation by contributing information in day-to-day management of patient care, carrying out routine nursing care measures as delegated,
- working performed evidences of completion of tasks as shown in patient outcomes, documentation and/or completed work.
- Delivering general hygiene such as bath, shower, grooming, an of patients. Making beds both occupied and unoccupied. Maintaining record of fluid intake and output. Completing calorie count and other nutrition information as delegated.
- Providing measures of comfort and convenience (i.e., water, blankets, etc.). Maintaining inventory of patient belongings.

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
