Noah's Ark - Food and Beverage - Seasonal
Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare food using cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and knives
- Follow ServeSafe handling and sanitation procedures
- Serve Guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Handle financial transactions on cash register
- Maintain appearance of stand by periodic daily cleaning
- Execute nightly closing procedures including cleaning food stands and counting cash till
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Performs any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Other
- Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet
- Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist
- Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
- Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times
- Ability to speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge
- Demonstrate basic math skills associated with operating a cash register
- Comply to all uniform policies
- Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
