In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of approximately 18 months, increase your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant with bigger earning potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically and professionally meeting and greeting prospective customers
  • Maintaining various tracking and scheduling lists and performing clerical tasks
  • Assist Sales Consultant with administrative duties
  • Passing along potential customers to our Sales Consultant
  • Qualifying prospects by determining their home buying needs
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assisting the Sales Consultant with prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
  • Following up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the Realtor community
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
  • Understanding the loan process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly pick up new software
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Strong listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities
  • Driven to excel
  • A positive, team-player attitude
  • Enjoy building relationships with people
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills in negotiations, prospecting, marketing and communication
    • Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
  • Realtors must be willing to place their Real Estate license in inactive status if hired
