New Business Manager Job at Front Row Motorsports
Job Description
Front Row Motorsports is looking for a qualified New Business Manager to lead efforts in prospecting and attaining new partners to Front Row Motorsports and its NASCAR teams. This role will be responsible for daily mining and networking of partnerships that fit the organization and drivers to help the team grow. Other duties will include research and reporting of current partnerships.
This person needs to be self-sufficient, forward focused and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The New Business Manager will work directly and report to the Director of New Business at Front Row Motorsports and work alongside the marketing and communications team.
Travel could require up to 50% of the NASCAR Cup Series season.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize software to prospect and pitch companies on opportunities at Front Row Motorsports
- Send compelling value propositions and schedule appointments with prospects
- Track all outreach and follow-up with prospects
- Create and update New Business collateral
- Create marketing reports for current partners
- Attend meetings and at-track hosting of prospects and current partners
- Work with the Marketing department on weekend scheduling and hosting of current and new partners
- Assist with additional marketing tasks as assigned
Skills/Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to tasks
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Job Type: Full-time

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
