Requirements:
Specialty: Infectious Disease
Education: MD or equivalent
License: Indiana
Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible and Although subspecialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.

Experience: New Grads Considered

Facility Details:

Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Dates/ Schedule needed: 7a – 7p and phone availability at night and 1 week on/1 week off with weekend coverage as part of group rotation (1:6).

EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
