We are working on a renewal and harmonization of our application landscape, as well as a renewal and modernization of our infrastructure landscape. The Network and System Administrator position will be a key member of our international IT department - working on the management, maintenance and renewal of our infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring that updates are run on time, preventive maintenance is carried out and risks are inventoried. Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing acute solutions to problems to keep things running in addition to long-term, holistic solutions. This position also contributes to various IT projects in an advisory role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Translate organization/stakeholder needs into technical solutions;
  • Ensure the stability of the IT landscape;
  • Secure the IT landscape;
  • Incident management;
  • Asset Management
  • Set up and maintenance of Backup & Recovery procedures
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Act in an advisory role for the organization.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience and a broad general knowledge in the field of ICT infrastructures and security;
  • Specialist knowledge and experience with Windows system administration,
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with several of the following knowledge areas: SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft WVD, PowerShell, Active Directory, Networking and Virtualization, Biceps, Azure VWAN;
  • Certification in Windows 10, Server 2012 and Server 2016, server 2019 (or willingness to gain certification);
  • Knowledge and experience in documenting;
  • Strong communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work/be available outside office hours
  • Ability and willingness to work independently wihin an international team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize
  • Flexibility and the ability to effectively handle ad-hoc situations
  • Awareness of the impact of changes on the end user;
  • Knowledge and experience in automating management activities and enabling self-service;
  • Experience in training staff/end users;
  • Ability to contribute to the further design and improvement of our infrastructure.
  • Willingness and ability to implement, explain and manage new and existing tools with patience and enthusiasm.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
