Candidates that are willing to report to a BlackRock office in one of the following locations will be considered first over those who can only work remote.

- 5 years of software programming/development experience using C# .Net
- Knowledge of .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET, ASP.net) and HTML5/CSS3
- Experience in other programming languages - e.g. PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScipt, etc.
- Knowledge in data interchange formats- XML, JSON, AJAX. etc.
- SQL Server and design/architectural patterns - e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC), etc.
- Familiarity and experience in implementing WPF, XAML UI framework, Entity Framework/ADO.net
- Knowledge of REST and RPC APIs
- Developing web application and windows applications
- Creating windows services
- Inter-process communication using named pipe
- Read/write attributes of active directory objects
- Creating/hosting web services
- Microsoft SQL server like design database schema, create/update/interact with stored procedures, database optimization
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
