Fast-growing Vacation Rental company in Mammoth Lakes seeks full time, seasonal (Nov - April, July-Aug), PROPERTY INSPECTORS. Employee Housing (shared) is available, just blocks from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge! Come join Mammoth Five Star Lodging for the winter and ski Mammoth while working with a talented, young and dynamic team.

Pay is $17-$19/hr (based on skills and experience). Some seasonal staff may be offered permanent posiitons at end of the season (based on performance). Willing to train. Full-time employees will become eligible for health and retirement plan benefits.

Position Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities and a familiarity with consumer electronics systrems: audio/video/home theater, iOS mobile devices, wifi/Internet troubleshooting skills are a MUST. Maintenance and repair experience is not required but is a STRONG PLUS. Prior experience operating a skid-steer loader highly desired.

We are looking for TEAM PLAYERS with a willingness to LEARN.Must be able to be on your feet and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up and down stairs. Company provides all equipment required, including vehicles. A current driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record are required. Must be willing to live full time in Mammoth Lakes, CA for the duration of your employment.
