National Account Resolution and Data Analyst Job at GFL Environmental Inc.
Reporting to the Director, NA Operations, the NA Resolution and Data Analyst is responsible for resolutions of both internal and external GFL customer issues to achieve NA teams’ and customer experience objectives. The role will also be responsible for developing process and procedures to aid in the improvement of the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between USNA customers and all GFL branches/departments (routing/billing/collections/sales) to resolve (corp and broker) matters as well as proactively identify data deficiencies and create actions plans to remediate.
- Collaborate with NA Sr. Manager of Branch/Field Operations to develop new processes and procedures to improve service delivery and all interactions with GFL branches/departments.
- Implement a NA customer satisfaction program while working closely with all NA Department leaders to promote an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify data cleansing and correction activities needed throughout the GFL databases as they relate to NA.
- Work closely with NA Implementation and NA Support Teams to address and resolve any unique database issues.
- Provide ideas and recommendations to optimize all NA processes and procedures.
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful team leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the waste industry and strong industry contacts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through
- High professional and personal integrity with high ethical standards
