Zions Bank is currently looking for an MS Access Developer. The Access Developer will have the opportunity to engage with and support our National Real Estate Department and other integral departments. This individual will write VBA code, set up tables, build queries, and write reports to assist and support each department in their goals. The MS Access Developer will have the opportunity to be in a high-level role and establish in depth experience with MS Access and SQL.

The right person for this MS Access Developer role will:
Develop multiple MS Access databases (Tables, Queries, Forms, modules, Macros, VBA).
Develop and Administer SQL Server database (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SSMS, SSIS).
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs.
Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems following appropriate standards and requirement gathering.
Formulate proposals for new systems, procedures and or processes.
Conduct testing of systems, provide input for feasibility and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluations.
Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have the following credentials:
Requires a Bachelor's business, finance, Information Systems or a related field and 4+ yrs experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience.
Experience with developing MS Access databases
Experience with VBA.Net helpful
Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.
Some experience with project methodology.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Extensive knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow and process improvement recommendations.
Extensive knowledge of project techniques and practices.
Working knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply.
Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
Strong analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
