Customer Service & Mobility Specialist

You will report directly to the general manager and you will provide an exceptional customer service experience. The physical demands of this position are that you will spend the majority of your work day on your feet, you must be able to lift 50 pounds, and may not limited to just working with a rental client at any specific location. You will be required to move scooters to proper locations based on inventory allocation needs daily, Answer the telephone, take reservations, and affectively process rental agreements in process credit cards. During slow rental periods you will be required to clean and sanitize each scooter when returned, also to run battery tests and change batteries as needed. Based on knowledge, experience and training you shall be required to repair scooters as needed. You are to perform the following job duties every day;

· scooter inventory based on daily rental login maintenance log

· confirm scooter reservations

· data entry on computer or worksheets are requested

· inspect each scooter for damage and report to management

· Must have a positive attitude and support the management and foster a great team working environment

· any questions pertaining to overall operations, complaints or personal challenges will only be discussed with the general manager.

· direct sales in managed promotions as instructed

· must always present a neat and professional appearance and you shall always wear your company shirt during your schedule work periods

· profanity is considered unacceptable behavior

You must be able to handle money affectively and make change for our guests. You must be able to take all client credit cards and personal information and shall remain confidential. All reservations including all associated paperwork will be stored in secured locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
