DellCor Management has been a leader in Sarasota/Bradenton property management for over 20 years. We have a position open for an office employee at a wonderful local mobile home community which we manage. Applicants must have/be able to:

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients
  • Experience with email correspondence
  • Perform periodic community inspections
  • Compose and type violation letters
  • Open & sort mail
  • Receive phone calls and take detailed messages
  • Filing and organization
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • English (Required)
