AS A MENTAL HEALTH AIDE, you will work under the direction of the Charge RN, performing psycho-educational groups and milieu management. You will be responsible for reporting and accurately documenting behavior through continuous observation and assistance with patient activities of daily living. You will also work in collaboration with patients, families, health care providers and others involved in providing a consistent approach to patient care. This can include teaching proper social. behaviors, relaxation techniques, leading or co-leading arts and crafts, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances
- FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
- Completion of Crisis Intervention Program (offered on site)
- Completion of annual staff development standards
