Part-Time Member Services Representative for busy, Community Center in Edison, NJ.
This is a growth position. Must be mature with pleasant communication manner, eager to accept new tasks and responsibilities, proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Gmail/GSuite programs, and Excel. A problem-solver able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and able to multi-task. Please submit resume with cover letter.
The general hours for this position (subject to modification) are:
Sundays 10:00am - 4:00pm
Mondays- 5:00 pm-9:00pm
Tuesdays- 5:00 pm-9:00pm
Wednesdays- 5:00pm-9:00pm
Thursdays- 5:00pm-9:00pm
Potential for increased hours and full-time advancement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting members and addressing member requests, inquiries, and concerns, answering telephones and responding to telephone and email questions and information requests, providing informational tours of the facility, processing membership, and programs transactions, preparing and updating membership information and documents, membership and program data entry.
