We are looking to hire a patient coordinator to assist sleep apnea patients in a physician’s office. This is the perfect opportunity for the right person who is looking to join a team and grow with our company! We are directly impacting patient's lives and helping them treat their sleep apnea. The person we are looking for must be motivated, great independent worker, well organized and reliable.
Ideal candidate will have experience with the following responsibilities:
* Communicating with patients confidently and compassionately
* Working alongside other medical professionals such as MA’s, PA’s and MD’s.
* Medical documentation
* EMR knowledge
* Insurance verification
* Knowledge of sleep disorders is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person.
* Patient Care Management
* Scheduling
* Intermediate computer knowledge
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.
Job Description:
Our sleep coordinators work in physician’s offices dispensing Home Sleep Tests to patients. They are required to verify insurance, discuss with patients the effects of sleep disorders and how we can help them and more. Overall following thru patient's diagnoses and treatment process of sleep disorders.
We are willing to train the right candidate. The hours per week will be 32-38 hours and Monday thru Friday normal business hours. This position is considered full time and eligible for benefits after a probationary period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff as safe as possible, we follow the CDC guidelines. Wear masks, use Cavicide wipes to sanitize and provide gloves for direct patient contact. We offer home sleep test deliveries to accommodate for our patients as well.
