Medical Records Director Job at Tacoma Nursing & Rehabilitation
The Director of Health Information Management Services is responsible for ICD-10 Coding of all resident records, performs routine audits, enters M.D. orders and physician extender orders etc., into the Electronic Medical Records System, files and maintains all resident file hard copies. Scans documents into the EMAR System, maintains all records of admits and discharges. This position requires an experienced health information director. A minimum of 3 years experience in actual health records information management level, plus completion of health information management certification. Only qualified individuals need to apply. EOE
