Solace Behavioral Health, LLC is currently seeking to fill a medical credentialing specialist position to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Position Summary

The Credentialing Specialist is responsible for enrollment of all locations and rostered providers with all payers. This position is responsible for all aspects of Solace Behavioral Health (SBH) credentialing and works closely with the SBH billing, compliance, operations, quality, and hiring teams. Submit enrollment information using forms and online entry to Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers. Maintains rosters with all payers ensuring all provider and location information is up to date. Works with teams on provider enrollment issues surrounding coverage, prescriptions, and other contractually related concerns. Has high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet monthly and yearly deadlines understanding that follow up is repeatedly required to complete duties. Understands rules and regulations surrounding HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers and contracts while demonstrating strong ethics towards compliance and accountability. Works with providers and leadership via phone, chat, virtual meetings, and email to resolve credentialing concerns surrounding denials, non-payment or otherwise in a timely and professional manner. Utilizes multiple payer & payment websites to gain information on location and provider rostering and completes attestations provider directory confirmations. Solves all provider credentialing and payer roster concerns working with payer teams and provider supports. Works with providers on CAQH, PECOS, APEP, and otherwise to enroll. Acts and Follows policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED required.

· Two years prior work experience in medical or mental health credentialing preferred.

· Experience with Excel and strong organization skills are highly preferred.

· Experience with Electronic Health Records systems and google drive platform.

· One year experience processing insurance claims, payments, and denials required if no credentialing experience exists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
