Dermatology Partners, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Medical Call Center Representative in our West Lawn location. Ideal candidates will have Call Center and Medical Assistant or Medical Front desk experience.

Competitive pay and great benefits. We are looking for Full-time working Monday-Friday.

During the 2 week training period candidates will be starting at 8:45 am daily. When training is completed the shifts are 9 - 5:30 or 9:30 - 6PM. (Earlier shifts will be offered to tenured staff first)

*Full time position in a high volume, rewarding and energetic Call Center team.

*Must be able to multi-task, problem solve and be well organized

*Provide excellent customer service to all patients

*Medical Call Center Representative, responsible for scheduling in 27 locations with multiple providers

*Handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal patients

*Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries

*Handling incoming requests from external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests

*Transferring customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff

*Completing call reports and logs, and researching billing issues

* Recognizing, documenting, and informing the Supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external calls

*Recommending process improvements and researching misapplied payments

*Assisting providers with Virtual Medical Assistant system
