Pleasant Pediatrics is hiring certified medical assistants to provide care to children and their families across Arizona. As a medical assistant, you'll care for and fulfill patient requests. This includes collaborating with our team of Pediatricians, managers, billers, and admin teams to serve our patients. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients
• Schedule appointments, create charts, and record information while following HIPPA.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the correct department (Care Team, Billing, etc.)
• Collaborate with providers to provide the best patient care
• Assist with medical office services and procedures such as immunizations, circumcisions, etc.

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma; recommended but not required.
• Prior medical or service experience is recommended but not required.
