• This position has a starting wage of $20 per hr. w/ company benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• #1508
• Mechanical assembly
• Mounting quartz forks to bases under microscope.
• Fork balancing
• Wire Bonding
• Laser trimming
• Loading and unloading ovens
• Soldering
• Microscope work
• Fine dexterity using small tools
• Ability to follow documentation (Travelers, Station Instructions, MPS etc.)
• Good Verbal and written communication skills

Schedule - First Shift: M-F, 6:30 am to 3 pm

Desired Characteristics:

• Preferred: 6-12 months previous, similar experience.
• Preferred: 6-12 months soldering experience and/or has soldering certification.
• Experienced and comfortable using a microscope.
• Able to take direction and is trainable.
• Comfortable using small tools, similar to jeweler’s tools.
• High School Graduate

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Can reliably commute to Concord, CA for each scheduled daily shift.
• Must be a US Person or Lawful Permanent Resident per ITAR guidelines.
• Is able to pass a pre-employment 10-panel Drug Screening and Criminal background check.
