Meadowlands is seeking to employee a highly motivated maintenance and ground technician for an entry level role. Meadowlands is professionally managed by Medallion Management. Medallion Management is a Management Company for apartment communities and manages over 90 communities throughout the state of Michigan. Our goal is to find individuals with long term opportunities and a career in the field of maintenance and grounds.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the day to day operations of properties pertaining to maintenance and grounds as well as assisting Medallion Management with various maintenance projects. In areas without experience, Medallion Management and has the resources for training.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Adhering to HUD and RD compliance principles.
• Trained to complete general service orders within a timely manner.
• Assisting with grounds and curb appeal needs.
• Filing out and completing maintenance orders.
• Assisting to turn vacant units.
• Assisting Maintenance Supervisor when needed.
• Minimum Qualifications:** High-School Diploma or GED.
• Team orientated employee to help with the day to day operations of maintenance/grounds.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Possess the motivation to learn and grow with the company.

Compensation:*As this is an entry level position, 28-30 hours per week, and the starting pay range for this role is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on how much relevant experience you may have. 401k options available. Includes vacation and holiday pay. Employee health insurance options.
