Math Tutor Job at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center
Center Operations
We are looking for candidates that are available throughout all of 2023. Mathnasium is open 2pm-7pm, Monday -Thursday, and from 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Instructor must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays, preferably 3-4 weekdays, Monday-Thursday. **we are looking for candidates that are available to start at 2pm or 3pm.
Math Instructor / Tutor:
A math-only learning center in Diamond Bar has an opening for a math instructor to work with students in K-12th grade. Curriculum and materials are pre-determined for each student, and instructor will apply the teaching methods presented during training. Instructor will also help students with their homework and test preparation.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional math skills through Algebra I
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
- Energetic and confident personality
- Should have basic knowledge of high level math, including Geometry and Algebra 2. Higher level courses such as Trig, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus is helpful. The more you know, the better.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
