Here’s the Gist: As a Material Handler, you will be providing the materials and supplies that keeps our production areas running strong.
The Day-to-Day:
- Evaluate needs for materials and supplies to support production and ensure they’re readily available.
- Ensure inventories are accurate supporting an efficient supply chain.
- Accurately pulls all move orders requested daily and deliver to proper locations on campus while also completing all transactions related to the move orders in our ERP system.
- Helps the team with inventory put-aways for new incoming inventory.
- Assists the warehouse with weekly cycle counts.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- A HS diploma (or equivalent) and a clean driver’s license.
- Computer skills; working knowledge of how to use an ERP operating system a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as operate a fork life and electric pallet jack.
- The willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the desire to contribute to a high performing team.
- You’re a self-starter and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
- You enjoy being active and have a strong sense of urgency.
