Position Summary: To package the customer’s parts by following production Line Leader work instructions and follow all quality inspection and line set up work diagrams.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
- Perform visual inspections.
- Packing parts according to work instructions.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Line Leader.
Competencies:
- Must be able to follow work instructions and be a co-operative team member.
- Understand the natural order of tasks and proper sequencing.
- Understand continuous improvement processing.
- Have flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Demonstrate teamwork and a public positive attitude.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand long periods of time and be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
Education/Experience required doing the job:
Packaging experience preferred but not necessary
