Description:

Candidate will be working in a Lidl Distribution warehouse as an Unloader at new site in Henrico County Candidate will not need to operate equipment, but instead will be unloading all trucks by hand and with hand trucks; labeling product, finding pick locations or lost items/materials and Loading trucks Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and will be working with another unloader to meet production goals Candidate must be able to do cycle counts, palletize materials, count product on pallets and use multiplication and addition to identify the number of boxes on pallets Candidate must communicate all accurate findings to warehouse manager and work to complete each task and order with a sense of urgency

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate should be highly motivated to unload to meet production incentives (see below) All will have the opportunity for permanent roles; and must have great previous attendance records as that is their biggest issue Candidates with forklift or reach truck experience could have the opportunity to move up down the road into a different role Candidates should have worked on a production schedule meeting daily/houly metrics in previous roles with no issue Candidates cannot have anything that would prevent them from working overtime and from lifting a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted with small grocery items to larger items found at Lidl
