Corbus, LLC is currently seeking a Material Expeditor and Forecasting Planner. This position supports the military customer needs, helps with forecasting and inventory of parts, improves readiness and drives savings. Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Coordinate daily/weekly critical part shortage reviews with GE Depot Teams, Material Planners and warehouse personnel
  • Generate and distribute critical material reports to both GE internal and USG customers
  • Provide support as required for database updates
  • Coordinate and expedite as required material delivery for Just-in-Time Material flow to support assigned production areas
  • Establish and maintain critical parts list for assigned Material Planner(s)
  • Identify and resolve critical part needs to the MEO delivery team
  • Assist sources in establishing delivery recovery plans as appropriate
  • Obtain source delivery commitments and ensure delivery commitments are maintained
  • Provide requested material schedule changes to planners via submitted expedite and or reschedule requests (workflows) and assist with database and report updates
  • Ensure material delivery schedules are synchronized to achieve program objectives
  • Coordinate with PBL Material Planners the administration and execution of customer orders
  • Work with the applicable CDF Warehouse facilities to assure timely receipt and shipment to the customer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (including in depth knowledge and experience with Excel)
  • Organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency to provide excellence in customer service
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience at working with project teams
  • Ability to maneuver through databases
  • Familiar with GEAE military jet engine products and configuration control processes for spare and support equipment parts
