Marvin's Replenishment Analyst - Central Network Retail Group (CNRG)

Summary


The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for maintaining and managing the Brand(s) inventory levels on core replenishment products that are sold within specific CNRG locations to maximize sales and inventory turn. They will also create and facilitate reporting on core products, and communicate with the Operations Team, Brand Buyer, and Merchant Militia teams on any edits to the ERP system metrics needed to ensure that purchase orders and order values are running efficiently and effectively for optimal inventory levels. The Replenishment Analyst will be a key link between the CNRG Merchant Militia, Category Managers, and Store Operations to facilitate dialogue between these departments to maximize financial results and efficiency. Additionally, the Replenishment Analyst will participate in strategic business initiatives, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Salary range is: $50,000 to $70,000


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Analyze replenishment orders and reporting to ensure adequate inventory levels to support Brand(s) sales and turn goals.

  • Monitors and maintains inventory ordering controls in partnership with the Merchant Militia, to include lead times, minimum order values, and job lot quantities.

  • Partners with the Brand Buyer(s) and marketing team to support advertising and events with adequate inventory levels.

  • Communicates with all approved CNRG vendors, Operations Team and Brand Buyers on any fill rate, overstock or lead time issues.

  • Manage any ERP system control changes in partnership with the Brand Buyer(s) and Merchant Militia to support any assortment changes as a result of line reviews or vendor returns.

  • Monitor the status of all ERP system generated orders and communicate with vendors on any past due orders.

  • Collaborate with Brand Buyer and Operations Team to make recommendations on improvements to internal purchasing processes to maximize sales and minimize loss in shrink.

  • Monitor and review all replenishment reporting to ensure performance targets are met.

  • Participate in any strategic business planning or budgeting process, to include data analyzation and report creation.


Qualifications


A minimum of 2 years experience in a replenishment analyst role. Experience in a multi store in the retail home improvement industry is a plus. Must possess strong Computer skills including proficiency in ERP Systems, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Must be customer service-oriented and team-oriented. Must have knowledge of retail procurement and be able to evaluate and interpret statistical and numerical data effectively. Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems and be detail oriented. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
