Community First Bank of Boscobel, WI is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer is responsible for the Community First Bank brand experience in traditional and digital advertising and marketing channels including branch merchandising and public relations functions. Plan, organize and direct marketing promotions and activities to drive awareness and increase usage of Community First Bank products and services. This position can be located at many of our Bank locations!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING OFFICER
- Bachelors of Arts or Science degree
- Five (5+) years of progressive experience in Marketing with a concentration in Banking.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet frequent aggressive deadlines
- Professional and comfortable working independently
- High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion
- Demonstration of excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position working as needed to meet organization needs.
