Marketing Graphic Designer Job at ERCO
We are currently seeking an organized, technology savvy Marketing Graphic Designer with strong written and oral communication skills to support management. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience, a background in marketing/graphic design, and is willing to contribute to our team dynamic while also able to perform their own duties and be a self-starter.

On-site in Glassboro, NJ or Wilmington, DE offices

Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Learn our business, brand, and industry.
- Produce photography, graphics, images and text content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update company website.
- Create graphics and content for social media posts includes complete logo design.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Answer Phones / Greet Customers
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in graphic design, art or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated “eye for details.”
- Capable of generating artistic content.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) - knowledge in the fundamentals of print design and production.
- Foundational understanding of branding, identity design, graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work within given creative specifications in a fast-paced environment, seeking ways to improve processes and quality of output.
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Willing to learn and grow.
