Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required. Major in Marketing, Communications, Writing, English Literature, Business, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience required • Experience with SalesForce.com and SalesForce Marketing Cloud email platform (or other email marketing tools), and experience with HTML coding strongly desired • Design skills and experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus, but not required • Quick learner with a desire to acquire new skills, curious, and creative problem solver • Must be solution-oriented and demonstrate strong initiative, capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with excellent attention to detail and follow-through • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Responsibilities:
The Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) Marketing and Communications coordinator is responsible for supporting B2B Marketing and Communications for SkyBonus, Delta’s industry-leading corporate loyalty program for small to mid-size business (SME) customers and for Delta’s Mid-Market Sales Agreement (MSA) accounts. This position will develop content for SME customer communications, support field sales requests for custom collateral, and develop marketing campaigns to support strategic markets and company initiatives. The position will report to the Manager – SME Communications and be based in Atlanta. Responsibilities include: • Development and execution of SkyBonus and MSA customer communications (statement emails, quarterly newsletters, website content, etc.) to support program growth initiatives and lifecycle marketing • Provide support for Field Sales requests for custom event, sponsorship, agency, and vertical program collateral • Create promotions for elevated SkyBonus offers including quarterly route promotions, enrollment promotions, and partnership promotions • Lead quality assurance, monitor tracking, and analysis of email campaigns to deliver the most relevant and impactful communication to drive customer engagement
