Marketing Client Care Manager

Our Headquarters is located in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach, and we also have a location in the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN, and the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an on-site, in-the-office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed; wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This position will be located in our Brentwood, TN office.

We are actively looking for a Marketing Client Care Manager. The Marketing Client Care Manager is a person with a solid understanding of Social Media Management and Email Marketing Management. They are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work directly with the client to gather important details.
The Marketing Client Care Manager is the tip of the spear, likely interacting with our clients more frequently than anyone else at OMNICOMMANDER. This manager will build strong client relationships, including the trust needed to push for clear implementation details and the enforcement of cutoff times, while also properly managing expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a portfolio of clients to make sure all the details are in place to run amazing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce world class results
  • Document client details in Monday.com
  • Meet with your clients regularly to ensure they are happy
  • Other duties as assigned
You will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience as a marketing coordinator / manager or related role
  • Knowledge of CRMs (e.g. Monday.com or Salesforce a plus)
  • Marketing operations or creative agency experience
  • Strong computer skills using Google Workspace
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
