Technology Description:

LQ Cadence is a proprietary multi-channel campaign application. It enables the deployment of marketing and sales campaigns across phone, sms, and email channels. It’s mission is to help move leads and customers to the next stage of their sales journey using and orchestrated communication cadence that maximizes our chance to contact and convert prospects. LQ Cadence is built for rapid testing and iteration and has a unified data models that ties activities across all channels together. LQ Cadence will serve dozens of LQ’s client’s marketing campaigns.

Role Description

This role will be responsible for optimizing the performance of LQ Cadence campaigns by developing new A/B tests, writing new copy and messaging, and analyzing the performance of existing campaigns to create new hypothesis to test.

Ideal Candidate profile

The metric of success for this role is the continuing improvement of campaign performance. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and thinks about the “mind of the buyer”. Using this thinking framework then builds messaging sequences that best meet the customers in their preferred channel.

  • Curious and Analytical: Questions convention about what works and what doesn’t. Critically thinks about how to best engage customers.
  • Data driven: You don’t need to be a statistics major, however your MO should be to setup campaigns that will generate the data we need to figure out what to do next. You use your intuition then seek the data to confirm your hypothesis.
  • Performance oriented: While not every campaign idea will succeed, you should take pride in the ones that do and strive everyday to be better than yesterday.

Responsibilities


      Design of new marketing campaigns and cadences including
    • Audience segmentation
    • Messaging and copy writing
    • Timing, sequences, cadences, and decision rules.
    • Analysis and hypothesis development for existing campaigns including
    • Campaign report creation to monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns
    • Data deep dives to unpack performance of campaigns and how they might be improved.
    • Documentation of test results, and development of new hypothesis.

Preferred Skills

    • Prior experience serving multiple clients in multiple uses cases (e.g. Agency / Consulting) will help you adapt to many different campaigns.
    • Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Domo.
    • Experience Email / SMS / Call center marketing campaigns a plus
    • Prior experience writing copy and messaging a plus.
