St. Elizabeth Adult Day Care Center’s mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, wholesome and stimulating environment for the aged and persons with special needs. The Marketing and Business Development Manager directly serves as the relationship facilitator between the centers, the community, and referring agencies. The BDM is directly responsible for creating demand for the centers services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Executive team and the Center Directors, the MBDM will present a positive and professional public image of the centers within the community.

  • Identify and employ strategies to maximize center census, implements an effective streamlined admissions process and ensure a high level of participant satisfaction.
  • Develop a social media strategy to attract potential participants, their families, community partners and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs for the center’s long- and short-term goals
  • Promote the center when interacting with referral sources, business leaders, physicians, the community and the media; establish collaborative relationships with referral sources.
  • Contact families of potential residents to invite them for a tour of the center.
  • Receive referrals and track activity daily.
  • Advise referral sources, participants and/or families of admission requirements
  • Create or identify participant application tracking system
  • Create uniformed admissions process to be used across all centres.
  • Assemble admission and sales packets.
  • Provide center information and follow-up with prospective participants and families
  • Promote public relations of the center to outside community and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain working relationship with referring community agencies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.

Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare or LTC Facility setting preferred.

Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and/or physician relationships preferred.

A valid Driver’s License is required.

Social Media experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
