Essential Duties:

  • Supports market/hospital leaders and outreach team members to effectively align and achieve goals by establishing
    and maintaining provider relationships; planning and coordinating strategic service line and outreach efforts;
    effectively leveraging appropriate data; and consistent communication of goals/outcomes.
  • In coordination with Market/Hospital leadership, ensures quarterly updates are developed and validated in
    alignment with market strategies and initiatives.
  • Supports market leadership in the strategic planning process to provide alignment insight, provider preferences,
    and service line growth opportunities through available appropriate data sources.
  • Accountable to Corporate Provider Relations to maintain structure and integrity of the program, DPO/DCO efforts,
    growth strategies, service line development, best practice sharing, data mining, and execution on growth
    initiatives.
  • Ensures timely documentation by Provider Relations team member for provider calls (meetings) and Issue
    Resolution Management into the PRM system.
  • Collaborate weekly (or as needed) with Market/Hospital CEOs to discuss trends, business growth opportunities,
    obstacles to service line retention, and results from the previous week’s Provider Relations outreach activities.
  • Support market/hospital and outreach team members with identified/ongoing barriers to growth by meeting with
    providers, hospitals, urgent cares, EMS agencies, etc. to obtain feedback in order to improve access, processes and
    outcomes.
  • On a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, interact and coordinate necessary meetings, field rides, and assessment
    of the Provider Relations team members to ensure efforts are aligned with the hospital/market strategies to enhance
    the community’s awareness of the quality services that our healthcare system and clinicians provide locally.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, and/or Healthcare related
    field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree in Business and/or Health Administration
    preferred.
  • Experience: Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive healthcare experience with three (3)
    years management/leadership experience. Clinical Sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Expected Travel: 40-50% (Varies by market/regional travel)
