The Marine Scheduler I is responsible for communicating with local contacts, vessel operators, internal sales, and truck dispatchers to ensure accurate and timely fuel deliveries while utilizing resources to maximize efficiency.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES
- Maintains divisional operations manuals and purchasing card expenses.
- Performs general office duties as needed.
- Inputs orders into the Marine Sales Data Base and PDI.
- Serves as backup to the Barge Coordinator as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic math skills are a must.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Must have 24/7 availability, including weekends and holidays.
