NW Industrial is looking for a production associate for a paint manufacturing company that spearheads producing environmentally conscious coatings in the industry! This is a fast-paced production facility located in West Eugene. In this position, selected employees will be working as part of team that strives to meet production goals with accuracy and enthusiasm.
What we are seeking:
- 1+ year of consistent work experience in a production environment
- Can stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8 to 10 hour shift.
- Lift 50lbs.
- Work in a production environment around paint and coating stations.
- Meet deadlines with efficiency, while maintaining the quality of the product.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Work Safely and conscientiously.
- Great Attendance, Punctuality and Work Ethic.

Location: Eugene, OR
Shift: Swing
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 1:30PM to 10PM
Pay: $16.75
