American Wood Fibers, Inc.(AWF) is hiring Manufacturing Production Operator(s) at our Jamestown, CA facility. The Operator(s) may also be responsible for handling the operation of various equipment – fork lifts, and wheel loaders. We are hiring for 3rd shift currently which is Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am. Bi weekly overtime alternating on Saturday.

Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Production Operator :

• Assists and operates various packaging equipment.
• Prepares custom orders as per the bill of lading
• Loads and unloads various trucks, as needed.
• Performs daily cleanup activities and other duties as assigned.
• Operates forks trucks and other power lift equipment as needed.
• Maintains and verifies all required paperwork as a part of the job’s responsibility. This includes items such as - production, cleaning, and shipping paperwork.
• Must follow all safety and plant rules. Must adhere to plant policies including: attendance, non-smoking, and breaks. Must use all required PPE.

Qualifications of a Manufacturing Production Operator:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs
• Physical capability to bend, squat, or stoop
