Emerson is seeking Manufacturing and Warehouse Associates to join our Boulder, CO production team. As a manufacturing associate, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products, kitting parts, and filing material requests based on work orders. Hours and Pay:

• $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
• 2nd shift hours Monday – Friday 2:50 pm – 11:00 pm
• $19.00-22.70/hour
• +$2.00/hour shift differential

Job Duties:

• Performs a wide variety of tasks at various workstations, such as hand-soldering, brazing, tack welding, making repairs, and performing testing
• Performs distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, and packaging finished products)
• Performs preventative maintenance on, and ensures calibration of, equipment, tools, and fixtures
• Ensures product and process quality are maintained through visual inspection and testing
• Assists in cycle counts, physical inventory, and yearly annual inventory
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Cross-trains and helps in all areas of manufacturing and warehouse as needed

Qualifications:

• No experience is required, training will be provided; we provide the mentorship and tools you need to be successful
• Must be 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Positions are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Production experience
• Forklift experience

In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.70 per hour, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
