The Position:
- We are expanding into Lemon Law Litigation and want an experienced and aggressive Lemon Law Litigator to lead the team.
- The position comes with a lot of resources and varies in casework
- There are a lot of growth opportunities within this position. The ideal candidate can become the head of the litigation department in 3 years!
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law (civil)
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year

- Civil Law: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Bar (Preferred)
