Managing Entity Data Administrator Job at NWF Health Network

NWF Health Network Panama City, FL 32401

· Lead all efforts regarding Managing Entity data to include:

  • Database management
  • Data collection from providers
  • Data submission to the Department of Children and Families (DCF)
  • Data quality

· Create formal, ad hoc, management and performance reports

· Serve as an agency representative the Florida Association of Managing Entities (FAME) and other stakeholder workgroups

· Supervise staff duties including

  • Rate analysis process
  • Monthly automated invoice
  • Board Report
  • Expenditure Reports

· Primary managing entity data security officer

· Gather and document managing entity business process requirements

· Review and evaluate monthly provider data submissions for thoroughness and quality

· Develop, review and approve SQL scripts for routine and ad hoc data reports

· Design and implement automation of management/performance processes and reports

· Serve as the day to day primary liaison with NWFHN’s fiscal unit for data related issues

· Serve as data liaison with DCF

· Monitor system user access rights and accounts

· Assist with programmatic and/or administrative monitoring activities to include pulling monitoring sample

· Participate in the development of the strategic plans, annual operational plans, and the network management plan

· Understand, support, and promote the organization’s mission, vision and values

· Backup process owner for End of Sentence Referral (Department of Corrections) process

· Other duties include:

  • Primary NWFHN managing entity data vendor liaison
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Managing Entity team member
  • Performance improvement projects member
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

· Experience with the Department of Children and Families’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health administrative framework including policy development, procedures, and data validation

· Experience with data analysis and reporting software

· Knowledge of state legislative and federal statutory reporting requirements

PREFERRED:

· Experience with Microsoft SQL/Microsoft Access/Crystal Reports

· Experience with website maintenance

· Clinical experience with substance abuse and mental health service delivery· Experience working for a non-profit or governmental agency

· Knowledge of invoicing and/or fiscal reconciliation processes

· Knowledge of the child welfare system

SKILLS:

· Proficiency in design of data display;

· Ability to evaluate and analyze data;

· Excellent assessment and deductive reasoning skills;

· Ability to act with a high level of independent judgment;

· Ability to handle confidential information appropriately;

· Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of other professionals;

· Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required; and

· Exceptional knowledge of community resources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
