We're looking for someone to join our team as a Manager, Operations who:

Maintains responsibility for operational, day-to-day oversight of managerial duties including registration/clerical functions, financial management, operational performance, clinical performance and outcomes, business and program development. Serves as working supervisor for team or work group using comprehensive knowledge of a seasoned professional. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides technical leadership while performing escalated or complex duties. Oversees employee/delegate work tasks throughout the organization to ensure tasks are completed properly and timely. Adheres to medical and legal patient practices. Schedules staffing shifts and in-house education.
  • Collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and analytical approach. Participates in goal setting process with clinic management team. Develops and implements strategy to achieve monthly/annual goals.
  • Performs marketing research and maintains physician contact information. Ensures patient satisfaction. Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
  • Conducts performance reviews and provides input on direct reports for human resource decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions. Participates in the development of employees.
  • Participates in the preparation of the department budget.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Five years relevant experience: Preferred
  • One year's leadership experience: Preferred
