Manager On Duty Job at Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op
This essential position will support our Floor Manager in all aspects of facilities, safety, and security. We are seeking applicants with experience taking the lead with all building and maintanace responsibilities, refrigeration, POS system, outbuildings at a fast paced community business in the evenings and on weekends. This includes handling shoplifters and disorderly customers and assuring compliance with health code and sanitation requierments.
This also includes supporting a positive customer experience while supporting staff in the absence of managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Pay is based on experience. Starting pay is in the range of $16.50-$23.75 per hour. Generous benefits package includes medical insurance, optional dental and vision, staff discount, employee assistance program, retirement plan, and more.
Seeking evening and weekend availability, this is a 24-32 hour position with a generous benefits package. Shifts will include Sundays & Mondays 11:30-7:30 pm.
