The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

The Manager, Employee Relations Projects is a critical role in executing the RTX Employee & Labor Relations strategy. Working under the direction of the Senior Director, Employee & Labor Relations, this individual will have a front seat to HR transformation and the future of Employee & Labor Relations where we foster strong, more effective operations through fairness and respect for our people and processes. The incumbent will execute against multiple project goals while working with key stakeholders, such as business unit HR and functional experts.

The successful candidate will have a strong HR & project management background with an excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment for follow-through. This individual is a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a complex environment that can be ambiguous and is able to deliver presentations, training and standard work with minimal guidance. The successful candidate will foster and maintain key relationships – through excellent communication and teamwork – while solving complex problems with high business impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project manage assigned responsibilities from start to finish ensuring high quality outcomes through project planning, meeting facilitation, collaboration, process socialization, project tracking and documentation
  • Interface with key functions ensuring alignment and the incorporation of positive employee relations in functional processes and practice.
  • Work with key owners to identify and resolve key risks and issues
  • Create efficiencies and remove duplication of effort
  • Analyze data and understand key metrics to develop insights and drive decisions.
  • Develop presentations, templates, playbooks and similar materials
  • Serve as a central point for assigned projects
  • Coach and educate HR and leaders on positive employee relations, key processes, policies and policy interpretation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Must be a US Citizen/ US Person ' Green Card' holder.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR Partner experience
