Reporting to the Manager this position performs various routine maintenance including painting and drywall repair and assists other Engineering personnel in the repair and maintenance of physical structures, equipment, and fixtures of the facility and grounds.

- Maintenance and Painting experience preferred.
- Current California driver’s license required. In order to drive company vehicle must have a clean driving record per RCH insurance carrier for at least 3 years. (driving restrictions may apply).
- General knowledge in the use of power and hand tools, light carpentry drywall experience desirable.
