Maintenance Technician for a Manufacture Housing Community

Summary of Position:

We are a growing Manufactured Home Community Operator seeking maintenance personnel for a community in Searsport, ME.

Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated. At least 1 years of experience, a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. You must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check. You must be authorized to work anywhere in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Electrical work
• Plumbing
• Mechanical (heating and cooling)
• Grounds and general maintenance
• Mulching and maintaining flower beds
• Leaf removal
• Must know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)
• Mowing, weeding, edging and trimming
• Responding to emergency requests
• Perform repair of buildings and equipment
• Assist with the renovation/remodeling of trailers
• Maintain record of scheduled services
• On call for emergency situations
• Various others as deemed necessary

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience
