Hours: 5:00am - 2:00pm

This position has the responsibility and will be accountable for providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, to enable production to produce products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness

Wage: Starting at $22/hr to $30/hr (DOE)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows all company and OSHA safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions
- Performs entry to mid-level repairs and preventative maintenance. This includes but not limited to: adjusting functional parts to sustain and improve operations, repairing or replacing defective parts, reconditioning or repairing machine tools.
- Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items
- Hands on maintenance experience of manufacturing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and follow through with repairs of manufacturing equipment and electronic controls
- Read and understand technical/repair manuals and vendor resources
- Experience using electrical testing equipment
- Possession of a High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with installing, calibrating, troubleshooting of industrial production and facilities equipment
- Basic Electrical experience
- Working knowledge of Programmable Electronic Systems (DCS, PLC), and the HMI's that support these
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to work weekends when needed
- Exceptional attendance, punctuality and work ethic
- Ability to work within a team to reach a common goal
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Ability to manage time, organize and prioritize work effectively and efficiently
- Experience with bagging machines and scales preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability and integrity to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to effectively use Excel, Word, and Outlook
